As reported by the General Staff, today in the Sumy region, the settlements of Bachivsk, Potapivka, Korenyok, Ryzhivka, Volfyne, Hirky, Bezsalivka, Tovstodubove, Ulanove, Holyshivske, Stetskivka, Bunyachyne, Sopych, Neskuchne, Kucherivka, Yastrubshchyna were affected; in the Chernihiv region – Bohdanove. Novi Vyrky and Tovstodubove were subjected to airstrikes.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the occupiers carried out 27 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, including one from a multiple rocket launcher system.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the invaders tried six times to break through the defense towards Izbystske, Kutkivka, Khatnie. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, no offensive actions by the enemy were recorded.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, and Novomykhailivka. Two attacks are ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 13 enemy attacks towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and in the areas of Riznykivka and Zakitne.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian invaders carried out one attack towards Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, our defenders repelled nine attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, and Stepanivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 12 times to push our soldiers from their positions in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhnie, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Novopidhorodnie, and towards the settlements of Vilne, Novyi Donbas, Myrne, Serhiivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy tried once to advance towards Vorone.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks towards the settlements of Kosivtseve, Verkhnia Tersa, and Tsvitkove.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our defenders twice in the area of Mali Shcherbaky and towards Novoandriivka.
In the Dnipro direction, no offensive actions by the enemy were recorded.
In other directions, no significant changes in the situation are currently occurring, the General Staff summarized.
