It is reported that on December 11, the investigating judge of the HACC imposed a preventive measure on one of the suspects in the case of illegal seizure of the property complex of the strategic object - ME "Odesa International Airport" and UAH 2.5 billion of income from its activities, namely the former mayor of Odesa.
"The court granted the motion and imposed a custodial measure of restraint on the suspect. After detaining the suspect and bringing him to the place of pre-trial investigation, the investigating judge will decide on the application of this measure of restraint," the statement said.
