The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the terms of sale of the Ukraina Hotel in the capital and set the starting price at more than UAH 1 billion. This was announced by the government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, UNN reports.

According to Melnychuk, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved the terms of sale of the unified property complex of the state-owned enterprise Hotel Ukraina at an electronic auction and the starting price of the lot in the amount of UAH 1 billion 47 million 637 thousand 152.
Recall
In January, the head of the State Property Fund, Vitaliy Koval, reported that the Ukraina Hotel had accumulated more than UAH 45 million in debts, and therefore the SPFU planned to put it up for privatization.
In May, the State Property Fund set the starting price for the Ukraina Hotel in Kyiv.
