The 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine received an honorary award - the ribbon "For Courage and Bravery". This was reported in the telegram channel of Azov, UNN reports.

It is noted that President Zelenskyy presented the award to the brigade commander, Lieutenant Colonel Denys Prokopenko, during an award ceremony on the Day of the National Guard of Ukraine.

The ribbon "For Courage and Bravery" is an honorary award established by the President of Ukraine to recognize special military merits, courage, bravery and heroism of the personnel of the military units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
