During the day, the invaders carried out a number of attacks on the border areas of the Sumy region, which led to 57 explosions in various communities. In total, 35 cases of enemy fire aimed at settlements and infrastructure were recorded. This is reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reports UNN.
Details
In particular:
- Seredino-Budskaya hromada: two explosions were recorded caused by strikes by FPV drones that arrived from the territory of Russia.
- Krasnopolskaya hromada: attacks were carried out with mortars (6 explosions) and FPV drones (2 explosions).
- Khotyn Community: explosive devices were dropped from a drone, resulting in three explosions.
- Esman Community: 4 mortar explosions were recorded, as well as 19 explosions from artillery attacks.
- Yunakovskaya hromada: a guided air bomb (kab) was launched from the territory of Russia, resulting in one explosion.
- Belopolskaya hromada: 11 explosions caused by explosive devices dropped by drones, as well as three explosions from mortar attacks.
- Shalyginsky Community: one explosion from dropping an explosive device from a drone.
- Velikopisarevskaya hromada: 5 explosions from FPV drone strikes that damaged a private residential building.
