Details have emerged regarding the detention of an official from the Lutsk Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) on suspicion of receiving a $7,000 bribe. Additionally, the TRC refuted reports from certain media outlets claiming that the detainee is Dmytro Fedorchuk. This was reported by the press service of the Volyn Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center in a comment to UNN.

The press service emphasized that the official was detained specifically on suspicion of receiving an improper benefit, rather than in the act of receiving it. The identity of the individual was not specified; however, the detainee was not Dmytro Fedorchuk.
"The detained serviceman is not Dmytro Fedorchuk, as reported by some media outlets; however, we also cannot disclose the position of the detainee for security reasons and due to requirements from senior leadership,"
According to the press service, a serviceman from one of the TRCs in the Volyn region was detained on suspicion of receiving an improper benefit "allegedly for assisting a citizen in obtaining temporary unfitness for military service and removing him from the wanted list."
At the same time, the agency emphasized that the temporary unfitness of the person liable for military service is confirmed by the relevant conclusions of the Military Medical Commission (MMC) doctors, which are currently valid.
"The removal of the citizen from the wanted list occurred in the manner prescribed by law after he officially paid a fine through the 'Rezerv+' application. No object of improper benefit was found. Investigative actions are currently ongoing, and the circumstances of the incident are being established by law enforcement agencies,"
