Ukraine's Armed Forces are currently holding back one of the most powerful Russian offensives since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi on Saturday in Telegram, UNN reports.
Syrsky made the statement during a meeting with a delegation of the Czech Armed Forces headed by Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Karel Rzegka.
He informed his Czech colleagues about the situation on the front line, which remains difficult. Active hostilities that continue in certain areas require constant renewal of resources of Ukrainian units. The Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized that the Czech Republic is a loyal ally of Ukraine and has initiated a number of critical initiatives, including the coalition to develop the capabilities of artillery, armored vehicles, as well as the aviation and integrated air and missile defense coalition.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy saidthat the Russian occupiers in the east are pushing the Defense Forces because they are throwing their corpses at the Ukrainian side.
