Han Joon Hong, the leader of the people's Power Party like Yoon, promised in a joint note with Prime Minister Han Dak Soo a "strict and transparent investigation" into the chaos caused by martial law. The country also promises to hold regular talks with the prime minister to prevent potential administrative vacuums.
