Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi had a telephone conversation with Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the French Republic General Thierry Bourcart. They talked about the situation on the front line and the training of the Ukrainian military, UNN reports.

Syrsky noted that during the conversation he shared information about the operational situation on the front line. He informed his French colleague about the specifics of defense operations in the most tense areas.
"General Burkar confirmed the intention of the French side to continue providing logistical assistance and training to Ukrainian servicemen within the framework of the EU training mission (EUMAM). At present, training programs are being adapted in accordance with the needs and taking into account the combat experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," added the Chief of Staff.
