An investigative-operational group of the territorial unit, police patrols, and doctors promptly arrived at the specified address. Investigators seized spent cartridges from the scene, which have been sent for expert examination.
Both participants in the incident were detained in accordance with procedural order; their actions have been classified as hooliganism.
