Satellite footage emerges after strike on Russian airfield in Millerovo

 At the Millerovo military airfield in the Rostov region of Russia, objects at at least three locations were damaged by drone strikes and fires, according to satellite images of the airfield. The relevant footage is published by Radio Liberty.

Details

The images show that the strike damaged the buildings of the maintenance unit and the fuel and lubricants warehouse located at Millerovo airfield.

A satellite image taken after the strike shows three fire centers:

  • at the site of the maintenance hangar;
  • in an open area;
  • at the site of one of the fuel and lubricant warehouses.

The publication also noted that the photos from space do not show any damage to Russian aircraft after the drone strike on the airfield.
