Ukraine is successfully striking Russia's energy and defense infrastructure, which significantly worsens the state of the Russian economy. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated this during a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the NATO summit, reports UNN.
He noted that such strikes have not only a military but also an economic effect.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine has effectively shattered the myth of the "unreachable" Russian rear. According to him, Ukrainian Defense Forces have already struck all of Russia's largest oil refineries, with the latest being the Omsk Refinery – the largest oil refining enterprise in the Russian Federation, located nearly 2,500 km from the Ukrainian border.
During this operation, a new modification of the long-range drone FP-1, manufactured by Fire Point, was used. The company's CEO, Iryna Terekh, called the strike historic, emphasizing that the Omsk Refinery was one of the two largest Russian oil refining enterprises that had never been hit before.
