Today, November 28, the occupiers shelled the town of Seredyna-Budy, Sumy Oblast, as a result of which at least three people died and three others were injured. Among the dead is a 7-year-old girl.This is reported by the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, UNN reports.

Investigators found out that the shelling took place around 12:30 pm. According to preliminary data, the Russians fired on the civilian infrastructure of the town of Seredyna-Budy, Sumy region, with anti-aircraft missiles.
As a result of the attack, at least 5 private houses were destroyed, and the bodies of two dead women and two wounded men were pulled out of the rubble. Also, a civilian man and his 7-year-old stepdaughter were injured in their car. The girl later died in hospital
Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling. The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in Sumy region.

Under the procedural supervision of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
