Russian troops today struck at civilian infrastructure in Bilopillya, Sumy region, damaging a children's and youth creativity center and about 20 houses with KABs, no casualties were reported, UNN reports, citing the Sumy RMA.

"Today, the enemy struck again at the civilian infrastructure of Bilopillia: an air strike was carried out using a KAB. The shelling damaged the city's Center for Children and Youth Creativity and about 20 private houses," the RMA said in a Telegram post.
The fire was reportedly quickly extinguished.
"Preliminary, people were not injured," RMA said.
