"Last night, Russian troops carried out another terrorist attack on a medical facility, striking the Kherson Regional Oncology Center with two guided missiles," the Ministry of Health reported on social media.
The building of the medical facility, according to the Ministry of Health, "suffered significant damage".
"Fortunately, the patients and medical workers were in a shelter and were not injured," the Ministry of Health said.
