Russian troops shelled Sumy region 28 times overnight, 75 explosions were recorded in 11 communities, including air strikes, artillery and mortar attacks, and FPV drone attacks, the Sumy RMA reported on Thursday, UNN reports.

"At night and in the morning, Russians fired 28 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region. 75 explosions were recorded," the RMA reported on Telegram.
Mykolaivka, Yunakivka, Khotyn, Krasnopil, Velykopysarivska, Putivl, Novoslobidska, Hlukhivska, Shalyhynska, Seredyna-Budska, and Sveska communities were shelled, as indicated:
- Novoslobidska community: air strikes by KABs (3 explosions), mortar shelling (7 explosions), and FPV drone shelling (1 explosion).
- Shalyhynska community: the enemy attacked with MLRS (12 explosions), FPV drones (5 explosions).
- Yunakivska community: an air strike by the KAB was recorded (1 explosion).
- Khotyn community: KAB airstrikes (3 explosions).
- Seredina-Budska community: Russians fired from artillery (6 explosions), MLRS (4 explosions), mortars (2 explosions). A KAB air strike was also recorded (2 explosions).
- Krasnopilska community: artillery shelling (15 explosions), mortar shelling (1 explosion).
- Hlukhiv community: FPV drone attacks were recorded (3 explosions).
- Velykopysarivska community: the enemy attacked with artillery (4 explosions). There was also a KAB air strike (1 explosion).
- Mykolaivska community: KAB air strike (1 explosion).
- Putivl community: FPV drone shelling was recorded (1 explosion).
- Sveska community: Russians dropped 3 mines on the territory of the community.
