Russian propaganda continues to use its presidency of the UN Security Council to promote its own propaganda narratives about Ukraine. UNN reports this with reference to the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council.

It is noted that at the meeting on July 25, which Russia itself convened due to the alleged "problem of supplying weapons to Ukraine," the diplomats of the aggressor country issued only another portion of propaganda.
Thus, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, repeated several propaganda clichés:
- "The West is robbing Ukraine with colonial schemes";
- "corruption in Ukraine has reached unprecedented levels";
- "Volodymyr Zelenskyy has lost his legitimacy";
- "the Ukrainian peace formula makes no sense” and so on.
All these narratives are based on lies and manipulations, as the Center has repeatedly written about.
The last meeting of the UN Security Council once again showed that Russia is using the high rostrum of the international organization and its own diplomats solely as a propaganda tool and is not really inclined to engage in any constructive dialogue,
