In particular, preliminary agreements were reached on the creation of a number of shell companies in Uzbekistan to be financed by the Russian government.

In the future, these companies will export products and components to a number of Russian defense companies. In particular, to the Kazan Elektropribor plant, Elekon plant, Stella-K, and others.
Russia is also planning to buy back from Uzbekistan stockpiles of Soviet ammunition.
Accordingly, the Russians plan to continue deployment of fictitious enterprises in Central Asia to circumvent international sanctions.
