Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that the plans to "control the entire Donbas and reach an agreement do not contradict each other." In addition, he added that Russia allegedly controls 80% of the Zaporizhzhia region, 85% of the "DPR," and 100% of the "LPR," UNN reports with reference to Russian media.
