Podoliak on the Kursk operation: a new topic for potential negotiations has been added - the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation

Mykhailo Podolyak, Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office, commenting on the Ukrainian armed forces' operation in the Kursk region, said that a new, fair topic for potential negotiations has finally been added - the territorial integrity of Russia. However, he noted that Ukraine is still extremely far from a just peace. But Kyiv has made its next move. Now it's time for the allies to do their part, UNN reports.

"Let's record interim significant changes in the global information field. The loudest critics of Western support for Ukraine, the main supporters of immediate peace on Russian terms, the biggest preachers of "de-escalation" - all of them have become demonstratively quiet. Changes in the front line have shown how effectively military and financial aid is being invested," Podoliak wrote.

According to him, de-escalation is working, a certain compulsion to peace is in place, and the enemy reacts correctly only to the use of brute force.

"Finally, a new, fair topic for potential negotiations has been added - the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation. One can feel how successes in one section of the front raise morale everywhere: among the Ukrainian military and in the rear. The Russians are depressed accordingly. The "special operation" suddenly turned out to be a full-fledged war for them, and they are losing not only the lives of people they don't care about, but also entire districts with dozens of settlements," Podolyak said.

He noted that the price of war is rising rapidly, and the remnants of reputation are disappearing.

"We are still extremely far from a just peace. No losses - so far - will change the Kremlin's intention to destroy Ukrainian statehood and nation. But Ukraine has made its next move. Now it's time for our allies to do their part," Podoliak said.
