The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has simplified the accounting of the Armed Forces personnel. Now, instead of 12 paper journals, there will be 1 electronic document. This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko on Facebook, UNN reports.
Details
It is noted that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine developed and adopted Order No. 687, which combines 12 personnel records into one document.
So that you understand how it is now. The responsible person has to copy data from other journals to have complete information on the personnel. For example, five company officers come in with data on their staffing. And they need to be entered into the main journal. But with an electronic journal, you can enter information quickly and correct it if necessary. Instead of rewriting it, you just need to do Ctrl+C with Ctrl+V - and you're done,
She added that a transition period until September 1, 2025, is envisaged for those departments that do not yet have the technical capability to switch to the electronic format immediately.
Chernogorenko also clarified which magazines were digitized:
- name list of personnel;
- personnel record book;
- a name list for the evening verification;
- the personnel record book;
- an alphabetical personnel record book;
- A book of alphabetical records of officers, privates, non-commissioned officers, and sergeants;
- a book of records of personnel temporarily absent and temporarily present at the military unit;
- a book of accounting for departing and arriving personnel;
- daily statement;
- a log of control over the status of personnel records;
- a personnel record book for officers, privates, non-commissioned officers and sergeants;
- daily report of a military unit for a special period.
The Ministry of Defense continues to gradually depaperize the army and reduce the bureaucratic burden on the military. We stand for effective service to the people of Ukraine, not paperwork,
