The number of victims of the Russian attack on Odesa has increased to three. Rescuers have just unblocked the body of a man from the rubble. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Oleh Kiper, UNN reports.
"The search and rescue operation is ongoing," Kiper said.
