"I expect that by the time the summit begins next week, Allies will have made new announcements on enhanced air defense and more munitions," he said.
Stoltenberg emphasized that it is "very important" that all allies understand that more needs to be done for Ukraine. This includes new training and assistance to be provided by NATO and early commitments.
He added that NATO will take over the provision and coordination of security assistance to Ukraine. In particular, a command with logistics centers will be set up in Germany, where equipment for training the Ukrainian army will be deployed.
