A law enforcement officer who killed a teenager at a funicular station in Kyiv has been served with a notice of suspicion, UNN reports citing the State Bureau of Investigation.

On April 7, a conflict arose at the station of the capital's funicular between a man who serves as a driver in the State Protection Department and a minor. After getting out of the car at the upper station, the law enforcement officer pushed the teenager. He fell, smashed his head against the glass, and suffered a fatal cut to his neck.
The minor died at the scene.
The detained law enforcement officer has already been suspended from duty. His command is providing full assistance in conducting urgent investigative actions.
