MP, member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Oleksandr Fediyenko believes that it is impossible to make a decision on the demobilization of the military, but it is necessary to introduce a rotational system. He expressed this opinion on the air of KIEV24, reports UNN.
“Given the situation as I see it, it is impossible to approve demobilization as of today. The rotation should be carried out. The soldiers who are on the front line really need to be given a break, morally, physically and emotionally. This is a normal practice. To demobilize... personally, I cannot understand how this can be done physically, because we do not have enough soldiers, we do not have enough soldiers who can really hold the line, conduct some counteroffensive operations. That's why I don't know how to do demobilization,” Fediyenko said.
Recall
Fedir Venislavsky, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, previously stated that the rotational system for the military has not yet been fully implemented due to the escalation at the front and the international situation. And mass demobilization in time of war is not in the interests of national security.
The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council and the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence denied the information about the existence of a draft law to lower the mobilization age in the country, which was spread by the media.
