More than 100 couples have already used the online priority marriage registration service for military personnel in the first hours since its launch. The function of priority marriage registration for our defenders was implemented by the Ministry of Justice jointly with the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Digital Transformation
The Ministry also reported that the service is designed to facilitate and speed up the process of marriage registration in online format at a priority time. There is no need to visit the civil registry office to carry out all the necessary actions.
The Ministry of Justice ensures that every defender has the opportunity to exercise their right to marriage quickly, conveniently and without unnecessary bureaucracy - even in the most difficult conditions
In addition, the Ministry of Justice reported that the introduction of this and other similar services can significantly improve the lives of everyone who stands up for the defense of our country.
Caring for servicemen remains an unchanged state priority, and the introduction of such services is an example of how technologies can serve the people who defend Ukraine every day

Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko said that a new service has appeared in the "Army+" application. It's about the possibility to book a priority time and date for marriage online in the "Diya" application.
Also, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Mykhailo Fedorov, reported that the government allowed the military to marry in "Diya" out of turn.
