Details
According to him, active work is currently underway on an electronic cabinet for those liable for military service. The Ministry of Defense expects that it will allow men to update their data even while abroad.
The Defense Ministry spokesperson says that they are doing everything possible to make the electronic cabinet, which can be used to update the data, operational in June.
Everything possible is being done now to ensure that this possibility exists... The electronic cabinet is under active development. I communicate almost daily with people who are involved in this. There are a lot of issues, including those related to technical solutions and cybersecurity. The process is underway, and talented people are involved. It is planned that everything will be launched in June (the electronic cabinet will start working - ed.), and you will be able to upload information about yourself, and information from state registers will be pulled there. Thus, the service will become more convenient for more citizens who are already accustomed to living with a smartphone, laptop, or tablet
He also noted that the origin of the military medical commission is not provided for in the electronic cabinet. According to him, the introduction of an electronic cabinet will allow for high-quality registration of persons liable for military service.
The e-cabinet does not currently require undergoing a VLC. It is primarily about updating data, such as changes of residence, changes in marital status, bookings, reservations, etc.
