We inform you that on January 28, 2026, at about 4:00 PM, while on a business trip, the mayor (of Voznesensk, Mykolaiv region) Yevhen Velychko was involved in a tragic road accident in the Holovanivsk district of Kirovohrad region.
According to preliminary information, "the incident occurred due to unfavorable weather conditions," the city council reported. The circumstances of the road accident are being investigated by authorized bodies.
"The Voznesensk City Council is in constant contact with the relevant services, ensures the proper organization of the work of the executive bodies of the council and the stable functioning of the community.
