Mobile operator Kyivstar has restored access to SMS services, including international roaming, the company said on Monday, UNN reported.

And they provided an update on the status of the network:
- restored access to SMS services, including in roaming;
- voice communication and mobile data transmission are available;
- Kyivstar is starting to restore access to M2M for business customers;
- Kyivstar TV is working and providing free access to the platform while we eliminate the consequences. Even for unauthorized users.
"Our engineers inform you that the work is being carried out gradually as safety requires. As soon as all stabilization measures are completed, we will inform you and start calculating compensation," the statement said.
As noted, some localities are still experiencing local difficulties with access to Home Internet. "Our entire team is now working to solve this problem," Kyivstar said.

On December 12, a massive hacker attack on the Ukrainian mobile network Kyivstar caused outages and technical problems; the company is working to restore and compensate affected subscribers.
On December 15, Kyivstar restored access to mobile Internet throughout the government-controlled territory of Ukraine.
