The unusual luggage was found among the personal belongings of a woman traveling on the "Chop-Prague" train. During customs control, five vintage postcards were discovered in her suitcase. She did not declare the vintage prints verbally or include them in the customs declaration for crossing the border.

Since the postcards may hold cultural, historical, or antique value, they were seized, and a protocol was drawn up against the woman for violating customs regulations (Part 3 of Article 471 of the Customs Code of Ukraine).

According to current legislation, the export of printed works published before 1945 is permitted only with a certificate granting the right to export from the customs territory of Ukraine. At the time the postcards were discovered, the citizen did not possess such a document,

The historical and cultural value of the postcards will be determined by specialists.
