Kyiv rescuers are facing problems accessing the sites of impact due to dense parking in the yards. The KMVA has instructed to inspect problematic areas and develop a plan for the construction of anti-parking infrastructure. This was announced by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, writes UNN.

Details

It is noted that in certain locations, in residential areas, rescuers faced the problem of access to the sites of impact. Therefore, there are difficulties in the deployment of rescue operations. The yards are so densely parked that it is simply impossible to get there.

I instructed the Department of Municipal Security and the Department of Territorial Control of the KMDA to ensure constant inspection of problematic areas of residential development for violation of parking rules. Managing companies, condominiums, and housing cooperatives will also be involved in this process.

- Tkachenko said.

He also instructed the Department of Transport Infrastructure to develop a schedule for the construction of anti-parking infrastructure, and together with the Department of Finance to determine the sources of funding for such works. City departments. RDA and communal enterprises must ensure the execution of works in accordance with the developed and approved plan.

We are involving the State Emergency Service of Kyiv in this task as well. Together with the city departments, they will determine the list of addresses and entrances to buildings where it is necessary to ensure the passage of special equipment.

- Tkachenko added.

He also asked Kyiv residents to help ensure that the yards are fully accessible for the work of emergency services.

Do not park in the yards, report abandoned cars or vehicles that block driveways.
