Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba acknowledges technical difficulties with the delivery of one million rounds of ammunition promised by the EU to Ukraine, saying an expert decision is needed

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba sees no lack of political will in supplying Ukraine with the million ammunition promised by the EU, but admits that there are technical issues that need to be sorted out by experts. He said this on Wednesday, having arrived at a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council in Brussels, UNN reports.

I have no reason to believe that the West lacks the political will to do this, but I have good reason to believe that a lot of very technical and professional work needs to be done to achieve in this area, as in the case of the 1 million artillery shells promised by the European Union. Now about 300 thousand pieces have been delivered. And when I look at the reasons for this, I don't see a lack of will, I see a lot of technical issues that require a lot of attention and care... And I raised this issue yesterday at every meeting in Brussels, and I will raise this issue today,

Kuleba said.

The minister noted that "people with special knowledge of how everything works, how individual parts work, how supply chains work, will have to sit down and figure it out, otherwise Europe will be left defenseless."

As a reminder,

European Council President Charles Michel saidthat the European Union will keep its promise to supply Ukraine with one million rounds of ammunition, but admitted that "it will take a little longer than we would like."
