Recall
Ivan Rudyi, the head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRGL), was detained by the State Bureau of Investigation on suspicion of cooperation with representatives of the aggressor country.
According to a source of UNN, the case concerns the activities of the Pin Up online casino, whose beneficiaries are linked to Russia.
On December 15, law enforcement officers served suspicion notices to the beneficial owners and top managers of online casinos Pin-Up.
Earlier this year , the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption drew up a report on administrative offenses against Ivan Rudyi , the head of the Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRGL).The Agency explained that the official decided to take revenge on the CRGL's chief of staff after a conflict arose between them. Therefore, he submitted for consideration and personally voted in favor of opening disciplinary proceedings and removing her from her position.
The NACP found signs of an administrative offense in the actions of the head of the CRAIL under parts 1, 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses - failure to report a real conflict of interest, taking actions or making decisions in conditions of a real conflict of interest.

UNN drew attention to the inaction of KRAIL in the context of another Russian casino 1Xbet, which tried to operate in Ukraine through LLC "Your Betting Company" and to which KRAIL issued a license. Then the Commission stubbornly did not see Russian ties.
And only after the personal intervention of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Bureau of Economic Security, they finally canceled the permits for work in Ukraine.
In 2023, 1Xbet came under sanctions.
