The KORD special forces unit has received a modernized BAD-2 robotic ground drone from international partners, UNN reports, citing the Interior Ministry.

“The BAD-2 robotic is a robot with four legs equipped with a video camera and thermal imager and can be controlled remotely from a distance of more than 2 km.
The main function of the robot is reconnaissance in open areas and objects, which significantly reduces the risk for police officers during dangerous operations.
The international assistance came thanks to Criscon 24 and its representatives Peter Davis and Philip Henz.
