- Chornomorsk - April 1
- Port-Anental - April 8-10
- Bilyayivka - March 31
- Khlibodarske - April 1
- Rozdilnyansky district - April 1
- Podil district - March 31
- Izmail district - March 31
- Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district - March 31
"I thank the power engineers and utilities for providing heat to the homes of Odesa region residents this season," Kiper wrote on Telegram.
