King Group has launched employee training using the video course "Anti-Corruption," continuing to systematically develop a culture of integrity, corporate ethics, and responsible business conduct.
The initiative aims to raise employee awareness of anti-corruption standards, strengthen compliance practices, and embed transparency principles into the Group's daily operations.
The "Anti-Corruption" video course was created by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine with informational support from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development. The educational series is available on the "Diia.Business," "Diia.Digital Education" platforms and the Civil Anti-Corruption Platform.
The introduction of the course is a logical continuation of King Group's commitments as a participant in the UN Global Compact — the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative. The Group consistently supports initiatives that promote the systematic implementation of responsible business principles, enhance operational transparency, and integrate sustainable development standards into corporate culture and business processes.
King Group notes that integrity today is not only a component of corporate culture but also an important condition for long-term business sustainability. Ukrainian companies are increasingly focusing on transparency of business processes, effective risk management, and the implementation of effective anti-corruption mechanisms.
The training program consists of five short modules lasting from 5 to 8 minutes, allowing employees to undergo training without interrupting their main activities. The course is based on the NACP's Standard Anti-Corruption Program for Legal Entities, the UN Global Compact's recommendations on collective action against corruption, as well as international standards in compliance and corporate ethics.
Additionally, representatives of King Group are participating in the All-Ukrainian School of Responsible Business ESG 360°, initiated by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine. The Group emphasizes: participation in the program underscores the commitment to implementing modern approaches to sustainable development, developing internal ESG expertise, and contributing to the formation of a mature culture of responsible, transparent, and sustainable business in Ukraine.
King Group is convinced that developing a culture of integrity, raising employee awareness, and integrating ESG principles into business processes will help strengthen partner trust, enhance the Group's resilience, and foster a transparent business environment in Ukraine.
