July 21 has been declared a day of mourning in Odesa to honor the memory of those killed as a result of the enemy attack on the city that occurred on July 20, reports UNN citing the Odesa City Council.

The State Flag of Ukraine and the flag of Odesa will be flown at half-mast with mourning ribbons on buildings.

Enterprises, institutions, and organizations of the city are recommended to restrict the use of music and the holding of entertainment events.

The Odesa city authorities honor the memory of the deceased and express sincere condolences to their families and loved ones.

On July 20, Odesa region suffered another attack by Russian troops, and a civilian enterprise came under fire; it is known about three dead and six more injured.
