Almost 2.4 thousand hybrid cars were registered in Ukraine in July, up 56% year-on-year. Toyota RAV-4 became the leader among new hybrids, and Ford Fusion US was the leader among used ones, the Ukravtoprom association reported on Tuesday, UNN writes.

"Last month, almost 2.4 thousand hybrid passenger cars (HEV and PHEV) were added to the Ukrainian car fleet. This is 56% more than last year," the report says.
The share of new cars in this number was 57%, down from 62% last year.
In the segment of new passenger cars, TOYOTA RAV-4 remains the market leader in hybrids (345 units). TOYOTA Camry is second (96 units). The third most popular is TOYOTA Yaris Cross (73 units)
In the registrations of imported used cars with hybrid powertrains, Ford Fusion US is the leader (94 units). Also in the top three: TOYOTA RAV-4 (63 units) and KIA Niro (56 units).
