The Cabinet of ministers adopted two resolutions that changed the booking rules. In particular, dental specialists and prosthetics specialists can be booked for the period of martial law, as well as ministries that will be able to determine the status of a critical enterprise, informs UNN.

Decree No. 1362 states that during the period of martial law, persons who hold the positions of prosthetic orthoses, prosthetic technicians, prosthetic engineers, prosthetic engineers, mechanics of prosthetic and orthopedic products can be booked.
The conditions for booking them are that they meet at least 50% of the working time limit within the last three months.
Employees of critical enterprises and critical institutions that are included in the lists must be paid a monthly salary for the period for which a deferral from conscription is granted.
That is, the salary of booked employees from December should be from 20 thousand hryvnias.
Another Resolution No. 1361 defines who will determine critical enterprises. In Particular, The Ministry Of Defense:
enterprises, institutions and organizations that fulfill state contracts for the purchase of goods, works and services for defense purposes, concluded with the Ministry of Defense (including its services of the State customer) or the State Special Transport Service (including its services of the State customer), or the Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense (including its independent structural divisions);
enterprises, institutions and organizations involved as co-executors and participating in the implementation of state contracts (contracts) for the purchase, supply, repair and modernization of weapons, military and special equipment, weapons and ammunition;
enterprises, institutions and organizations engaged in training, retraining and advanced training of external pilots (operators) of unmanned robotic systems and external crews of unmanned robotic systems;
enterprises, institutions and organizations engaged in training, retraining and advanced training in electronic warfare;
enterprises, institutions and organizations that provide training, retraining and advanced training of military personnel in pre-medical care.
The Ministry of Defense may also recognize charitable organizations as critical.
Minstrategprom can identify critical enterprises that fulfill state contracts for the production of unmanned systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ground systems, unmanned water systems, weapons, military and special equipment, ammunition, their components and other defense goods commissioned by the State Special Communications administration.

Starting from December 1, Ukraine changes the booking rules for employees of critical enterprises. In particular, the booking will be online through "Diya", and the company itself must meet two mandatory criteria, as well as another one at the choice of the head of the enterprise.
