An enemy UAV attacked the outskirts of Kharkiv, damaging a minibus and causing casualties, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported on Thursday, writes UNN.

According to the investigation, on July 16 at approximately 06:40, Russian military struck the settlement of Vysokyi in the Kharkiv district, preliminarily with a UAV of the "Geran" type.
"A hit was recorded on the territory of a civilian enterprise. At the time of the attack, a minibus was passing by the strike site and was damaged by debris. Four passengers were injured. The driver experienced an acute stress reaction and refused hospitalization," the prosecutor's office stated.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Update
According to data from the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, over the past day, Kharkiv and 23 settlements in the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy attacks, resulting in 18 people being injured, including a child.
