In Wrocław, the police are investigating an attack on a 19-year-old Ukrainian that occurred on July 4 on Słodowa Island, located on the Odra River in the city center. About ten attackers knocked the boy to the ground, brutally beat him, broke his nose, and damaged his spine. This is reported by Radio Wrocław, writes UNN.

It is noted that the incident occurred on July 4 at around 8:00 PM on the island. On that day, the boy was relaxing there with his girlfriend and friends. During this, his mother called him, and he began speaking in Ukrainian. According to the boy's father, who contacted the police after the attack, it was the language his son was speaking that caused the aggression.

The 19-year-old Volodymyr told Radio Wrocław in a comment that on that day, during a phone conversation with his mother, a guy approached him and asked for an electronic cigarette. After being refused, the guy started insulting him, and then called his group. According to the victim, there were about 9-15 attackers. After that, the attackers tore his shirt, put it over his head so he couldn't see anything, and began kicking him in the head.

As a result of the injuries sustained, the victim was hospitalized. He was diagnosed with a broken nose, spinal damage, and numerous injuries.
After the attack, the boy's father contacted the police. Law enforcement officers have launched an investigation into the incident. The young man's father also urges witnesses of the incident to contact law enforcement and report all the information they know.
