In the Russian city of Syzran, Samara Oblast, a drone hit a residential apartment building, causing a partial collapse of the entrance and a fire. This was reported by Russian media and eyewitnesses, writes UNN.

According to local authorities, the incident occurred in the morning during a drone attack. Samara Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev stated that "as a result of the drone attack, a section of a residential building's entrance collapsed."
According to him, four people, including a child, were rescued from under the rubble. Rescue services are working at the scene.
Eyewitnesses report that a fire broke out after the impact, the building's facade was damaged, dozens of windows were blown out, and nearby parked cars were also affected.
According to OSINT analysis by the Telegram channel Astra, the incident concerns a four-story building on Astrakhanska Street, 8.
Russian sources claim that the drone may have been "suppressed" by electronic warfare systems, after which it crashed into a residential area.
The Ukrainian side has not commented on the attack.
A refinery is located in Syzran, which has previously been targeted by drones multiple times. According to local authorities, drone attacks on the region are ongoing.
