As a result of another air attack on Kyiv on the night of June 2, 11 educational institutions in three districts of the capital were damaged. This was reported by the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) Valentyn Mondryivskyi, according to UNN.

According to preliminary data, 5 preschool education institutions, 4 schools, 1 vocational education institution, and 1 college in the Podilskyi, Solomianskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts sustained damage.
Unfortunately, Russian attacks continue to cause damage to the capital's educational infrastructure. Today, we have damage to 11 educational institutions in 3 districts of the city. This mostly involves blown-out and damaged windows. Together with the district state administrations and city services, we are already working on eliminating the consequences. Our task is to restore the institutions as quickly as possible and ensure safe conditions for children and education workers
Currently, specialists are conducting inspections of the buildings and clarifying the scope of the necessary restoration work.
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, the capital's educational infrastructure has regularly sustained damage as a result of enemy attacks. In total, since February 2022, nearly 200 educational institutions in Kyiv have been damaged. Most of them have already been restored, while work continues on other facilities.
Mondryivskyi emphasized that the city continues to systematically restore educational infrastructure to ensure the continuity of the educational process and proper conditions for children's learning and the work of teaching staff.
