According to our agents, against the backdrop of economic difficulties and deteriorating social infrastructure, there is widespread resentment among local residents of Crimea due to the special benefits received by "SVO participants" and their relatives.
As the source notes: "The children of these people easily enter universities, although their knowledge leaves much to be desired... Apartments and land plots are issued out of turn, and 'credentials' demand respect wherever possible."
Particular outrage is caused by the mass exodus of doctors, teachers, and engineers who, due to financial difficulties or a sense of hopelessness, sign contracts with the Ministry of Defense for money. As the agent says: "Because of this, medicine and education suffer critically, and ordinary people are left without normal service."
