American actor and comedian Rob Schneider, known to Ukrainian audiences for his roles in the comedy films "Home Alone 2," "Beverly Hills Ninja," "The Animal," and "50 First Dates," is officially divorcing his wife Patricia Azarcoya Schneider after almost fifteen years of marriage. According to media reports, on December 8, 2025, Patricia filed a petition with the Maricopa County Family Court in Arizona. The case materials state that the marriage of the parties is "irretrievably broken," and reconciliation is impossible.
Rob Schneider received the divorce papers on December 12. After that, the court ordered the couple to complete a mandatory parenting course. On January 21, 2026, a confidential court order was issued, finally settling the terms of the divorce, including child custody, alimony, and financial support.
Rob and Patricia met in 2007 while working on a television project. In April 2011, the couple married in Los Angeles. At the time, the actor called the wedding day "the happiest day of his life."
Earlier, Patricia had repeatedly publicly confessed her love for her husband. In particular, in a post on their 10th wedding anniversary, she wrote:
"10 years and counting!!!! No one makes me laugh more than you, my husband. Thank you for our beautiful children."
In addition to two daughters with Patricia, 62-year-old Rob Schneider has another child - 36-year-old singer Elle King from a previous marriage to London King. Their relationship has remained strained for a long time. In 2024, Elle King stated that as a child, her father sent her to a "weight loss camp," calling the experience toxic.
The actor himself publicly admitted his mistakes and addressed his daughter with the words:
