Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Volodymyr Artyukh said against the backdrop of increased shelling of the region that there is no risk of a border breakthrough, UNN reports with reference to Radio Liberty.
"The biggest danger to our region is air and missile strikes, which have become much more intense on our infrastructure," he said.
