According to Hamadan, Hamas will take part in the talks only if they focus on the implementation of the proposal detailed by US President Joe Biden in May and supported by the international community.
Hamdan also accused Israel of bad faith and said that the group does not believe that the United States can or will pressure Israel to make a deal.
