The Catalan, who joined City in July 2016, has overseen a radical transformation during his ten years in charge and will leave the club with 20 major trophies to his name, making him the most successful manager in the club's history
However, the club stated that although Pep is stepping down as Manchester City head coach, he will continue his association with City Football Group by taking on the role of global ambassador. In this role, he will provide technical consultancy to the group's clubs and work on specific projects and collaborations.
