On December 12 , GET Business Festival brought together the experience of more than 100 business leaders who discussed development strategies, innovations and partnership programs on three stages, UNN reports.
1400 participants joined intensive training and networking at UNIT.City.
The festival was hosted by the top hosts of 1+1 Ukraine, 1+1 Marathon, 2+2 and TET, the main stage was hosted by Yuriy Gorbunov and Ruslan Sharipov, and the Business Cases stage was hosted by Maksym Suhenko and Kateryna Nesterenko. The Marketing Strategies stage was hosted by Nikita Dobrynin and Iryna Prokofyeva.
The event began with an open onstage interview with Danylo Hetmantsev, Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy. He answered the hottest questions from entrepreneurs about taxes and shared his achievements in de-shadowing the economy.
An important discussion on the possibilities of European integration was held by Olena Shulyak, Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Power and Head of the Servant of the People party, Vitaliy Koval, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Yevhen Zaigraiev, Member of the Board of PrivatBank for Corporate Business and SMEs, and Igor Liski, Founder of EFI Group. Moderated by Natalia Mykolska, Executive Director of Diia.City United.
Ihor Syrovatko, COO of OLX Ukraine and Central Asia, business coach, spoke about promising niches for starting a business, and Pavlo Matiyash, CEO of Activitis and eDilo, explained how payment in installments changes the rules of the game for business.
The panel on artificial intelligence moderated by Tetiana Sherman, Head of Marketing and Communications at DTEK Academy, attracted considerable attention. The discussion was attended by Oleksandr Krakovetskyi, CEO of DevRain, CTO of DonorUA, Volodymyr Krasotin, Director of Digital Transformation at Liderna Pharmaceutical Company, Andriy Zheleznyak, Director of Big Data at Kyivstar, Dmytro Samolyuk, Head of Digital at We-Ukraine and We-Ukraine+ TV channels, and Olga Kronda, Head of Innovation Development at IP Office.
The effectiveness of affiliate programs was discussed under the moderation of Sergiy Kosta, Bolt's Marketing Director for Central, Eastern Europe and Asia: Yevhen Yanovych, actor, host of the 20:23 show, Olga Divushchak, marketing manager at Foundation Coffee Roasters, Co-founder of Paint digital agency, Kateryna Zhurakivska, marketing director at Gulliver, Anton Bokiy, Chief Marketing Officer at INTERTOP Ukraine, and Aliona Gorkovenko, Marketing Team Manager at OLX Ukraine and CA.
Social business projects during the war were discussed by Yana Lyakhovych, Head of Corporate and Integrated Communications at 1+1 media, Olena Osypchuk, PR Director at SOCAR Energy Ukraine, Valeria Tatarchuk, founder of the charity foundation "Your support", Masha Pronina, Head of Marketing at the supermarket chain "ECO MARKET", Oleksandra Haivoronska, Director of the Development and Partnerships Department at "Come Back Alive", and Oleksandra Kovtunenko, CSR Communications Manager at Kyivstar. Moderator - Yulia Sotska, Head of PR at the "Come Back Alive" Charitable Foundation.
Taras Matsypura, Vice President of Marketing at Carlsberg Ukraine, emphasized that social responsibility is becoming not just a duty but a real competitive advantage.
The challenges of the energy sector were discussed: Olha Rybachuk, Managing Director of Elementum Energy, Oleksandr Klepalov, Acting CEO at Atmosfera, Volodymyr Perehudov, Senior Project Coordinator at GIZ, Oleksandr Kisilov, Advisor to the CEO of Energy Company of Ukraine, Tetiana Korniienko, Director of Small and Medium Business Department at Ukrgasbank, and Ihor Tynnyi, Owner of IVT group.
Viacheslav Polinovsky, CEO of the GoITeens online academy, presented a successful case study of creating an EdTech product, and Lidia Bilas, founder of the WOW Corporation educational project network, discussed the importance of dreams in business.
Viktor Ivanchenko, Head of Strategy at &R&D Megapolis, analyzed the trends of the OOH market. Max Nefyodov, Director of Innovative Solutions at Kyiv School of Economics, shared a comprehensive strategy of state support for SMEs.
The panel on finance included: Andriy Semchenko, Corporate Business Director at INGO Insurance Company, Iryna Starominska, CEO of Universal Bank, Kateryna Rozhkova, First Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, and Tetiana Tymchenko, CFO of Nova Poshta.
