Details
The SBU reports that both traitors surrendered to Ukrainian defenders during fierce battles near Avdiivka and Bakhmut. One of the convicts is a militant with the call sign "KVN" who joined the occupation groups of the Southern Military District of Russia on the eve of February 24, 2022.
"There he was enlisted in the 5th motorized rifle brigade of the aggressor country, and was issued a Kalashnikov assault rifle and ammunition. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, he was building Russian fortifications on the Kherson and Mykolaiv directions," the SBU reported.
Subsequently, the traitor took direct part in hostilities against the Defense Forces near Maryinka and in the area of Krasnohorivka in Donetsk region.
Another militant nicknamed "Kondrat" was a grenade launcher in one of the Russian occupation groups. At first, he equipped Russian fortifications and checkpoints near Sievierodonetsk in Luhansk region, and later fired at the combat positions of Ukrainian defenders near Klishchiyivka in Donetsk region.
